Unsettled Weather Continues in the Southern Plains and Northeast into Mid Week

Two storm systems will continue to bring unsettled weather to the Lower 48 through the middle of the week. Heavy to excessive rainfall may lead to flash flooding over portions of east Texas into the lower Mississippi Valley Tuesday into Wednesday.
